English interview about bioindustry
My previous job was handling clinical trial and IND submission . Connected with CRO![]()
and TFDA. I have learned a lot about project( how to set up your goal and make it on time) and time management. Especially something unexpected happen, adjust the timeline for making sure the goal finished on time.
A mistake
When I was in probation, i missed the deadline of submission once. It made us receive the approval later, and I learned from the trouble. I used to have a problem with time management. But now I use a personal organizer app and a note on my desk top to stay track. Using color which stand for emergency or not helps me to arrange my work and more efficiency.
Last job
My company was opening branches in other city. My boss told me that I got to transfer, but I did not want to. I had discissed with my boss many times about my will but in vain. So I could no bit to do this.
